On the weekend me and Ox met up with Di and her girls to drive over to Montreal for her Bachelorette party. It was loads if fun. The first night we dressed up as hula girls in white t-shirts and water guns. Lots of dancing and all around fun.
The next day we all went out for breakfast at Chez Cora. There we met a bachelor party with the main man in this outrageous ‘lady’ getup.

The food was as always the best and the fact that there was 10 hot girls at one table never hurts. Here is Oxana’s food eating Di’s food.

We then proceeded to walk around Quebec with the waterfront in mind. It then began to rain so we chose to stay in this commerce court with a sick infinity pool style fountain. There is also a piece of the Berlin wall in there. Here is me and my big bum bum attempting to recreate history.

Me and Ox separated from the girls who went to La Ronde, to see our friend Katya. The sporadic rain made the day that much more fun. We had dinner at the restaurant Continental on St.Denis if I’m not wrong. The food was impeccable. On our return to the hotel we joined the girls in going out for the main event at club 747 (on the top floor of a skyscraper). The theme was punk chick. We had enormous fun with the girls making Di do crazy dares. The massive amount of good looking men was definitely an added bonus.
The next day I big the girls adios and bussed it to Quebec city. Once I got there I had a bit of time to spare and strolled through the market in the old port. I ran across a Titanic exhibition there which I absolutely had to see. It was very well put together and definitely painted the whole story for me.

From there I took a reminiscing walk through Old Quebec. I of course stopped by Simons as well as the best gelato place in the city. Then I took a detour by the bakery down the street to pick up some amazingly delicious macaroons. I ate them while sitting in front of the Simons fountain by Quebec parliament.

From there I met up with my friend Anya and her friends. We went to the hotel which was right on Grand Allee and straight to dinner. Then we beelined for the concert. We caught most of Appocaliptica. I most certainly recommend seeing them. They are true innovative geniuses.
This is the back half of the 100 000 strong crowd that came out for the Rammstein concert. It is of course I that is rocking out in front.

Here are the girls enjoying the beer.

At this point I bid temporary adieu to the ladies and beelined for the front to mosh with the wild people. I was not completely there when the concert began since I had to get past a lot of people.

By the time I got to the very front and center I did something to my phone and it wouldn’t take pictures. It didn’t matter much since the concert itself was one of the best I’ve been to. The pyromania was so close I got cropped dot burns on my face and shoulder. We also got soaked from a ‘cannon’ with ‘foam’.
The next morning it turned out that my friend Anya disappeared and left no note. She came at night drunk took her stuff and left. We were really worried but had to leave to we called police and hospital and anyone we knew to check if she was ok since her phone was dead. We figured she was with some guys she met and exhausted all our options before having to head back home. She ended up calling us all ‘oh I forgot to tell you guys’ once we almost made it back to Toronto.
Then after a few detours I took the train home and it was involved in a ‘pedestrian incident’ with a delay of 2 hours. What a wild way to top off the weekend of fun and craziness.
Next weekend is Pittsburgh but I am rather sure it will be much more tame.
